Rockhampton has a large and unique collection of heritage listed buildings with their architecture reflecting the enormous wealth generated from nearby goldfields in the mid to late 1800's. Now an important rural centre and considered the Beef Capital of Australia.
Built around the lazy Fitzroy River and close to the Capricorn Coastline there are a multitude of water activities to indulge in from canoeing, fishing, jetskiing, water skiing and swimming.

From Brisbane, take the Bruce Highway north to Rockhampton. We are on the right hand side of the Bruce Highway/Gladstone Road 1.8km from the southern entrance to the City. Castle Court Motor Inn is opposite the Allenstown State School Playing Field.
