Honeysuckle Cottages offers eight charming brick cottages with federation – era décor nestled amongst thick mountain bushland next door to the Old Caves Winery, 3km north of Stanthorpe.

Studio Spa Cottages are ideal for a couple and are slightly smaller than the 1 Bedroom Spa Cottages. The 1 Bedroom Spa Cottages are ideal for a couple, or up to 4 using the sofa bed in the living area. The 2 Bedroom Cottages sleep up to 6, with 2 queen beds in both bedrooms, which are separated by the bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living area. One cottage is suitable for guests with a disability.

The Studio and 1 Bedroom Cottages have a 2 person corner spa bath with a shower overhead. All cottages have a log fire, TV, DVD/CD player, queen size beds with continental quilts, electric blankets and quality linen will ensure your comfort if you're visiting during the sub-zero winter months. The cottages are all fully insulated, keeping summer heat out and winter warmth in.

A delicious country-style breakfast basket is included in the tariff, and each cottage has cooking facilities for you to prepare your breakfast at your leisure.

The Rocks Restaurant is located on site and open for dinner six nights per week (Closed Mondays) serving beautiful a-la-carte dishes. Dinner can also be served in your cottage, course by course. The restaurant is licensed and reservations are essential.

Shops, golf course and galleries are only 3 minutes away from Honeysuckle Cottages.

Honeysuckle Cottages is located next to Old Caves Winery, guests can stroll along a bush track to enjoy cellar door tasting of their wines. The climate is ideal for grape and fruit growing with orchards and over 50 wineries in the area. Seasonal changes bring spring blossoms and wildflowers, festivals and fruit harvesting in summer and spectacular autumn and winter landscapes.
Stanthorpe is near the state border of NSW and Qld with 4 National Parks in the area providing a variety of scenery from the 2nd largest Granite rock in Australia to lush bush, streams, waterfalls and lakes. There's excellent fishing and boating, swimming, horse riding, fossicking, golf and bowls.
Just 3km to the Stanthorpe township, visitors can enjoy excellent dining, boutique shops, craft shops, museum and galleries. Stanthorpe is a beautiful region at any time of the year.

How To Get There:

From Brisbane: Take the Ipswich Motorway to the Cunningham Highway at Riverview and continue 128km to Warwick. Turn left to the New England Highway and continue for a further 56km to Stanthorpe. 3km north of Stanthorpe at the Caltex Service station on the right hand side of the highway, turn right into Mayfair Lane and continue 150 metres and turn left at the Honeysuckle Cottages sign.
