Each air-conditioned unit has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, spacious lounge and dining area. Most apartments now have LCD televisions in at least the lounge area. WIFI Broadband is available in all apartments. In a number of apartments new cook tops, ovens and rangehoods have been fitted. Roof tops have been updated with many new BBQs and outdoor furniture.
Garden (1st floor) apartments have an individual BBQ on a large front patio and wide river views.
Mid-level & penthouse level (2nd & 3rd floor) apartments have front and back balconies, extensive river and harbour views with their own private roof top BBQ terrace.
Guest facilities at Spinnaker Quays include a heated swimming pool and spa in a peaceful tropical garden setting. The pool area has been refurbished with the removal of a number of trees and bushes giving much more room. Walk just 2 minutes to buy your "fresh off the boat" prawns.
Spinnaker Quays is situated just along from the Wharf complex, which offers a wide range of eateries, souvenir shops and shows for the children. The Mooloolaba Wharf complex is also the home to the award winning Underwater World with its displays of sharks, seals and tropical fish.

How To Get There:
|
|
From Brisbane, take the Bruce Highway north for approx 65 km exiting the highway at Tanawha onto the Sunshine Motorway and follow the signs to Mooloolaba & Underwater World. Turn left into Brisbane Road and continue over the two bridges. Turn right at the roundabout into Foote Street and turn left into the River Esplanade. Turn right at the traffic lights into Parkyn Parade. Spinnaker Quays is approx 500 metres on the right hand side.

Register at the Reception office on arrival. Reception is open from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 3pm Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Onsite secure underground parking. Parking Clearance 2.03m. There is 1 secure undercover car park allocated to each apartment. Cars can be parked in the street at the owners' risk.
