In an established rose garden setting with absolute river frontage, Roses on the River is a spacious two bedroom self-contained home. Roses on the River provides a complete opportunity to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bright and surrounds.

Master Bedroom: Queen size bed in a spacious carpeted room with all linen, towels, doona, cosy pillows and blankets, sofa etc. Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet - all providing wheelchair access. Mirrored built in robes.
Extra person charge applies for Twin Share.
Second Bedroom: Two single beds in a light and restful room. Built in robes, TV, all linen with doonas and blankets.
Living: Spacious open living with combined six seat dining on polished hardwood floors. Split system heating and air-conditioning, wide screen television, DVD/VCR and CD Player. Small library of books and popular videos. Comfortably furnished with a relaxing lounge and complimentary décor.
Kitchen: Fully appointed with electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. All utensils and cooking implements. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Breakfast bar, stools and ample cupboard space.
A rollaway bed provided for a 5th person and a high chair and porta cot can be provided.
Laundry: Fully automatic washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
2nd Bathroom/Toilet: Shower, vanity and separate toilet.
Patio/Veranda: Outdoor setting for dining, and relaxing in the established garden.
Portable BBQ.
Wheelchair access is friendly, with a wheel in shower arrangement, concrete path to the front and ramp access to the back door. There is a frame to assist toilet access, hand held shower if required and a support handle in the shower. The master bedroom is spacious with room to manoeuvre a wheelchair.
Complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates greet your arrival.
A 2 night minimum stay is required.
Roses On The River provides the comfort of home living for adults and any accompanying children. With swimming, fishing or river relaxing adjacent to the property, all guests can delight in the absolute river frontage. Walk through the rose garden to "Farrington's Poplars" that line the Scenic Canyon Walk which takes you safely and unhindered into the Bright township to shop or dine.

How To Get There:
|
Approx 3.5 hours by car from Melbourne heading north via the Hume Highway. Exit just before Wangaratta and travel east through the Gourmet Region of Milawa. Turn right onto the Great Alpine Road outside Myrtleford and travel for approx 50km and then turn left into Star Road at Bright. Turn left at Toorak Road then left into Showers Avenue.
V/Line operates a train service from Melbourne to Wangaratta with a connecting coach to Bright via Beechworth and Myrtleford. It runs daily except Wednesday.
Alternatively, fly with Qantas from Melbourne to Mt Hotham in just 21 minutes.
