Standing on the balcony overlooking the river is an experience unique to Adelphi that other establishments just can't match. Adelphi offers a swimming pool and BBQ area for guests use. Adelphi offers 2 x Studio Apartments with captivating river views, king size bed, large double shower and luxurious bathroom, modern claw foot bath overlooking the river, this truly is a majestic room to indulge yourself in the lap of luxury. There are 4 x 2 Bedroom Apartments with entertainment decks that overlooks the river. They are beautifully appointed with open floor plan living and kitchen area, and feature 1 x bathroom with a spa, 2 x toilets, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hotplates and oven, TV, DVD and video plus CD.
There are 2 x 2 Bedroom Poolside Apartments and 2 x Poolside Studio Apartments all with similar features although are positioned poolside. The river is a short walk away. The poolside 2 Bedroom and Studio Apartments may be joined to configure a 3 Bedroom Apartment, ideally suited for the extended family or a ladies group weekend away.
Apartments at Adelphi are non-smoking and are not serviced. Please Note: Some apartments may incur noise from other apartments. Children are allowed under supervision.

Echuca is approx 2 hours drive from Melbourne. Once in Echuca take the 2nd exit at the roundabout at Murray Valley Highway, Echuca. Turn right at Cohuna - Echuca Road then right at Campaspe Street.

Keys need to be collected from Madison Spa Resort 80 Meninya Street, Moama. Madison Spa Resort is located in the main street of Moama. Madison Spa Resort Reception Hours are 7.00am - 9.30pm to 10.30pm. If arrival time is after 9.30pm please advise so arrangements for key collection.
