This resort offers 68 very spacious hotel rooms and all overlook the beautifully kept rose gardens, lush pastures and lawns of the property. All rooms have either a veranda, which opens directly onto the gardens, or a balcony overlooking the property.
The Cooperage Restaurant is open for breakfast with a wonderful array of fresh fruits, crunchy cereals and hearty servings of bacon and eggs. Dinner is a gourmet experience with selections from interesting and innovative menus and premium wine selections. In winter, the restaurant has a different atmosphere, where you can enjoy the warmth of an open fireplace. The town of Mudgee is set in the picturesque countryside west of the Blue Mountains and a scenic 3½ hours drive from Sydney. The area is famous for wine, honey and horse breeding.
The Mudgee area is well known for its bountiful array of local produce; most particularly it's honey and the many fine wineries, olive groves and fresh fruit and vegetables.
Wineries: Both well known and lesser known wineries including Robert Oatley Vineyard, Abercorn, Elliot Rocke Estate, Mansfield Wines, Mr Vincent Mead, Pieter Van Gent Winery, Platts Winery, Seldom Seen Winery, Steins Wines, Thistle Hill Vineyard, Red Clay Estate Winery.
The local arts and crafts industry has also blossomed and the area boasts a number of galleries and gift stores.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are a number of national parks and nature reserves with walking tracks and picnic facilities.

How To Get There:

Mudgee is approximately 3 hours from Sydney via the Blue Mountains and Lithgow. Once in Mudgee turn right onto Church Street and drive through the town and out over the bridge and Quality Parklands Resort & Conference Centre is a kilometre down the road on the left hand side opposite the Mudgee Race Course.
