Family run since January 2005, the Paddle Steamer Motel is a 20 room property set on 4.5 acres of land at the southern entrance of Swan Hill.

Paddle Steamer Motel rooms are comfortable, clean and are available in various configurations including Standard, Deluxe and Family Suites. All Rooms are Non-Smoking and now have reverse cycle air-conditioning.
* Infants no charge if own bedding supplied. Cots can be provided free of charge, if you require linen there is a charge of $5.00 per night.
All guests are offered a complimentary self-serve continental buffet breakfast daily in our dining room 7.30am - 9.00am.

How To Get There:

Swan Hill is located on the Murray River in the North West of Victoria. It's the heart of the Murray Valley. Approx 340km from Melbourne, a comfortable and relaxing 4.0 hour drive from Melbourne.
Paddle Steamer Motel is the first property arriving from the Melbourne side of Swan Hill and the last property leaving Swan Hill coming from Adelaide. There are colourful flags out front and great signage so you cannot miss us. Please note: There is no public transport. It is a short taxi ride from the railway station or town. Best suited for those with their own transport.
