How To Get There:

The property can be reached via Airtrain or airport transfers. Portobello Apartments is located on the Gold Coast Highway opposite Pacific Fair, close to Broadbeach Nerang Road. Bus stop one block away, train station 10 minutes by taxi or bus.

Check-in/Check-out Details:

Check-in Time - 4:00 PM. Check-out Time - 10:00 AM
Reception Hours : Mon to Fri: 9am - 5pm, Sat & Sun: 9am - 12pm. If arriving outside these office hours please pick up the white telephone located to your left of reception door. This will automatically direct the call to our service. Credit card details are required upon check-in for security on the room and telephone calls. This will be pre-authorised for an amount of $200.00. Persons without a credit card must provide a $200.00 cash bond which will then be deposited into a nominated account and refunded within 3 days of check-out. Bookings will not be accepted unless these requirements are met.
