Entry is on the lower level, where there is secure car accommodation, the laundry and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
The 2nd level has a balcony, the main living, dining and kitchen area, as well as the 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) and the main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
The 3rd level comprises the master bedroom suite (Queen bed), with its own private balcony looking towards the sea, TV with video and DVD, your own bar-fridge and kettle, and walk through robes to the beautiful ensuite.
Although the townhouse is conveniently located near a number of takeaway shops, close to a Supermarket and a short drive to a Food Star (All You Can Eat) Restaurant, it is fully equipped for self-catering with all your home-away-from-home facilities for pampering yourself.
Public transport is just a 5 minute walk if you want to leave the car. Easy to get to, close to many attractions and great shopping. Easy access to Melbourne City & Mornington Peninsula.

There is also easy access to Melbourne's closest snow at Mt Donna Buang. The Seaford Foreshore offers 5km of beach where you can experience a coastal environment which embraces a variety of flora and fauna. The natural environments of the Seaford Foreshore or the nearby Keats Park, are excellent locations for a barbeque with family and friends. The playground is sure to keep the kids entertained.

How To Get There:

The Sands - Seaford is ideally located about halfway down the bay of Port Phillip on the southeastern side. Easy to find and a short distance to the entrance to the Frankston Freeway which gives easy access to Melbourne (via Freeway) in one direction or the rest of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula the other, also Philip Island, Wilson's Promontory etc. Detailed directions can be provided.
Airport transfers can be arranged. Alternatively, we can arrange our Chauffer to collect you at your point of arrival any time of night or day (additional charge).
