All with free Austar cable TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning and various bedding arrangements to suit single guests to a family of 5 people. Disabled facilities are available and include wide doors to bathrooms and easy turn around for shower and toilet, however the shower is not wheelchair friendly. There is a small lip into the room.

Picture yourself walking along Hervey Bay's famous jetty, with the spectacular sunset behind you, or perhaps enjoying a cold beer in one of the several beer gardens or cafes along the esplanade. The 868m long jetty at Urangan is one of Hervey Bay's icons.
Hervey Bay is famous for it's whale watching, for the months of July to October. Humpback whales play with their young calves in the warm waters sheltered by Fraser Island, before they continue on their journey south to the Antarctic. Turtles and Dugongs can also be seen, along with dolphins swimming around the viewing boats.
Hervey Bay is the gateway to Fraser Island. Offering beautiful landmarks such as the coloured sands, The Maheno shipwreck and some of Australia's most unique flora and fauna. Fraser Island is a 'must see' for all tourists. Who knows? You may even spot a dingo! Tours depart daily from Fraser Gateway.
For the keen sports person there are golf courses, tennis courts, squash courts and 7 bowling greens. Water sports include; sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing, power boating, diving and snorkelling.

How To Get There:

Flights to Hervey Bay are available through Jetstar and Virgin Blue direct from Sydney and Melbourne to Hervey Bay. Regular coach services are available to Maryborough and Hervey Bay with Greyhound - Pioneer and McCafferty's Coaches from any location within Queensland. Comfort Inn Fraser Gateway is walking distance from the major Bus terminal.
From Bruce Highway to Hervey Bay, into Boat Harbour Drive, turn left into Main Street, Comfort Inn Fraser Gateway is 100 metres on the right.
