Narrowneck Court is a 14 level apartment building providing a selection of well maintained 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments with sea breezes and awesome views. The master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in-robe, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, laundry including washing machine and dryer, direct dial phones, spacious living areas, private furnished balcony and free cable TV in all rooms. The 2 Bedroom Apartments have a 2nd bathroom with a bath. All apartments have excellent ocean and river views.
The 2 Bedroom Apartments have a King or Queen bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the second. They will comfortably sleep four people, however we do accept one additional adult or two additional children. Families with children are encouraged as we have two young children ourselves and have lived in the building for more than 10 years. Beach, Pool, River, Swings and Parks nearby, your kids are going to love it.
Facilities at Narrowneck Court include a swimming pool (heated in Winter), BBQ areas, gazebo, tropical gardens, private boardwalk and marina if you need to moor your boat! There is underground security parking with lift access to all apartments. Babysitting services are available (fee applies).
Narrowneck Court has to be the ideal location, walk across the road to the beach or take your shoes off and stroll along the beach into Orchid Avenue and Cavill Mall, the heart of Surfers Paradise in one direction, the boutique shops and restaurants of Tedder Avenue in the other direction ~ Narrowneck Court Holiday Apartments!

Lounge around the swimming pool, have a BBQ or stroll along the boardwalk beside the Nerang River. Within a 2 minute walk is a fabulous family park with loads of playground equipment and bird life including peacocks that love to be hand fed. A hit with all families.
Whales can be seen June to August - from your apartment as they migrate north, they can even be seen from your kitchen window.
Indy fans - Cars go zooming past your front door, you can see the start, the finish and the home stretch.
Shop till you drop with Pacific Fair, Australia Fair, Marina Mirage and The Oasis Centre all less than 15 minutes by car or bus. A bus stop is just outside the gates. Outlet shopping and Markets are within a short drive.
Sea World is 5 minutes by car and MovieWorld, Dreamworld and Wet ' Wild – are just a 15 minute drive along the highway.
Surfers Paradise, the tourism Capital of Australia, full of restaurants and nightclubs within walking distance. The Broadbeach restaurants and Jupiters Casino are 8 minutes by car.

How To Get There:
|
Approaching on the Gold Coast Highway from the north, cross over the Nerang River Bridge and continue past the park on your left. At the next set of traffic lights, turn sharp left into Ferny Avenue. Narrowneck Court is on the left opposite the beach.
If you are flying into either Coolangatta or Brisbane Airport the staff are more than happy to organise your airport transfers.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 30 Days prior to arrival forfeit the full amount of the booking. Cancellations made outside of 30 Days prior to arrival forfeit the full amount of the first 2 nights cancelled. "There will be NO REFUNDS given after check-in"
