BIG4 Barney Beach Caravan Park is one of Queensland's longest established and cleanest boutique tourist parks. An award winning tourist park providing a range of Gladstone Cabin Accommodation.
BIG4 Barney Beach offers clean and newly renovated amenities.
Standard Cabin 3.5 star - Open Plan or 2 Bedroom Cabins with 1 x double bed and triple bunk beds. Maximum 3 Adults OR 2 Adults and 3 Children. Veranda, Air-conditioning, fans, bathroom, hairdryer, kitchenette facilities, microwave, bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, 2 burner cooktop, TV, Ironing equipment. Linen is included for the Double Bed.
Value Cabins - No Ensuite - opposite immaculate amenities. Most have a double bed + bunk beds in an open plan room and can sleep 2 adults + 2 children. Not suitable for 4 adults. 2 Cabins only have a double bed. No linen provided - BYO or hire it at office. Air-conditioning, Veranda, Ceiling fans, Kitchenette (basic facilities), Refrigerator - bar size, 2 burner cooktop, Tea/Coffee Making, TV, Opening windows.
People 3 years and over are charged at $10.00 per night.
Children 2 years and under are charged at $5.00 per night.

Join in on our park Mystery Tours with Colonel Barney (as seen on the "Queenslander" channel 7). After the tour, enjoy a late night cuppa and port with us.
Enjoy fishing off the beach at Barney Point Beach in front of the park. Take a picnic lunch to the marina and watch the dolphins dance. Hire a "tinny" from the Power Station boat ramp, pack a picnic lunch and enjoy some fishing. You are sure to catch something for tea!
Gladstone enjoys a subtropical climate with islands, waterways and beaches providing year round boating, fishing, swimming and surfing. A wide variety of restaurants and eateries cater to all tastes, from Australian tucker to Gladstone's famous mud crab and fresh seafood.
Browse the Maritime Museum, Gladstone Art Gallery or Gladstone Museum. Visit the Gladstone Marina or take a boat charter to the uninhabited coral cays of the Great Barrier Reef.

How To Get There:
|
Exit Brisbane via the Bruce Highway continuing to Benaraby just south of Gladstone. Exit the highway onto Port Curtis Way continuing as Philip Street, French Street and Toolooa Street. Turn right at Coon Street continuing as Bell Street. Follow the caravan signs and turn left at Barney Street and take the 3rd turn right into Friend Street.
BIG4 Barney Beach is approximately 10 minutes from the Airport. Courtesy Transfers by arrangement and subject to staff availability.
