How To Get There:

From Proserpine Whitsunday Coast Airport - For transfers from Proserpine Whitsunday Coast Airport (approx 40min journey) to Blue Horizon, we can arrange for you an air-conditioned shuttle service for $35 return per adult, or $17.50 return per child aged 4-14 years. For that special occasion, luxury Stretch Limousine transfers can also be arranged for approx $220 total return, for up to 6 guests to share. Private Taxi's are also available from the Airport at a higher rate. Please contact reception to prebook your transfers.
From Hamilton Island Airport - For transfers from Hamilton Island Airport to Blue Horizon (approx 1hr journey), we can arrange a ferry service to meet your arriving flight and will 'cruise' you into Abel Point Marina at Airlie Beach. From there an air-conditioned coach will be waiting for you, to transfer you to our resort. Fares are $120 return per adult, or $76 return per child aged 4-14 years. Private Helicopter Transfers are also available at a higher rate. Please contact reception to prebook your transfers.
From the Bruce Highway - Self Drive guests should follow the Bruce Highway north if travelling from Brisbane, or south if travelling from Cairns, and find Airlie Beach by taking the turn off at the town of Proserpine, following the signs to the Whitsundays.
Virgin and Jetstar offer flights to both Proserpine Whitsunday Coast Airport and Hamilton Island Airport daily. Greyhound, McCafferty's and Premier bus companies all set down at Airlie Beach daily. Trains set down daily in Proserpine.
