Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge offers a selection of quality upgraded Lodge Rooms. Accommodation is well supported by the Heavitree Gap Tavern where you can enjoy a bistro style meal whilst enjoying local entertainment such as a reptile show and local balladeers! The Olde Alice Bar and Function Centre along with the Heavitree Gap Tavern are here for you to enjoy wonderful food and entertainment - a great place to enjoy Outback music. (Entertainment every Wednesday to Sunday night April - September). The tavern features TAB/Sky channel, giant screen television, pool tables, gaming machines and beer garden incorporating The Ghan Bar and Grill.
Every evening Wild Black Footed Rock Wallabies can be fed at Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge - an absolute must - this unique activity is popular with guests of all ages. Heavitree is home to Red Centre Dreaming Dinner and Show, a "must do" during your stay in Alice Springs.
There is a supermarket on site and the unforgettable Olde Alice Bar and Function centre is available for hire. Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge is only a 15 minute drive from the Airport and a 5 minute drive into the town centre.
A quick three minute drive from the town centre, Heavitree offers a free shuttle service for guests three times a day Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). From Heavitree to the town centre the shuttle runs: 9am, 1pm and 4.30pm (subject to change).
From the town centre to Heavitree the shuttle runs: 9.15am, 1.15pm and 4.45pm (subject to change).

How To Get There:
|
By Air: Qantas flies daily to Alice Springs from all capital cities and some major regional towns.
An Airport shuttle service operates to and from the Alice Springs airport (Fee applies). Alternatively you can take a taxi which will cost approximately $26-$30 from the airport into the town centre or vice versa.
By Road: If travelling by road you will find Heavitree Gap on the south Stuart Highway, at the base of the spectacular MacDonnell Ranges and Heavitree Gap itself. The Resort is only a 5 minute drive from the Alice Springs town centre.
